Week 1: Wham! - Effective Goal Setting and Goal Achievement Planning
We often make goals and resolutions that are not-achieved. This feeling of goal-failure makes us hesitant to try new future goals. This workshop is all about creating fool-proof goals so you actually achieve them. You will use Life Clubs methods to see your goals come to life.

Week 2: Get Going - Getting Motivated and Staying Motivated
We are born motivated – we teach ourselves to walk, talk, we naturally learn and want to advance forward. It’s only as time goes on that fear, doubt, procrastination, etc. creep in. Once you have found what motivates you, you will be able to stay on track with your goals. In this workshop we will find the keys to get you going and staying motivated.

Week 3: Streamlining - Time Management and Organization
This workshop shows you how to get the most out of your day so that you can incorporate goal achievement time. If you’re not in control of your time, you’re not in control of your life. We will look at reoccurring activities in your daily routine and how they can be streamlined to free up time. We also explore the five main time wasters (including procrastination!) and tips to effectively use time.
Outcomes:
Discover the five time ‘thieves’ and how to avoid them
Learn a five step process to better maximize your time
Identify things you can do differently to change time wasting behavior into goal achievement time
Week 4: A New Way of Thinking – A Positive Approach to Change
This workshop focuses on the importance of changing your beliefs and attitudes. Change can be difficult, so we will introduce some techniques to look at change positively and learn to harness its power. By looking at who you don’t want to be, you can deduce who you really want to be, which will help you look at yourself in a new light.
Outcomes:
Understanding the benefits of removing your limiting beliefs
Learn to look at change positively and to harness its power
Build a roadmap to personal change
Build awareness of how you “talk” to yourself so that you boost your self-esteem
Week 5: Is It What You Really Want? – Assessing your Habits in light of your Goals
We tend to do the same things because it keeps us in our comfort zone. We will look at our daily habits and assess if they are serving our current goals. Habits and excess are anything that you overdo, and usually happen when you feel stressed. It can be obvious, like eating and drinking or worrying, or it can be something that would otherwise seem positive, like cleaning and sleeping. This workshop focuses you on realizing what the habit or excess is replacing, and focusing on what you really want.
Outcomes:
Analyze your existing emotions to understand what you really desire
Discover the things you are avoiding
Find out what you really want and creating new aligned habits
Week 6: Be Successful Now – Believing In Your Success
What is success to you? Perhaps it’s a desired outcome or an event that accomplishes its purpose. There are many things that cause us to experience failure rather than success. In this workshop you will get energetic about success, learn to celebrate failure and make your successes tangible – especially for the goal you have set for this workshop series!
Outcomes:
Find your most ‘Successful Self’ and apply success thinking to your daily life
Outline your failures and pull the success out of them
Create a structure help you to access your most Successful Self at any time
